I had a very bad experience at Alarcons Tires in Ogden, Utah. I paid for four used truck tires that appeared to have decent tread, but after installation I discovered multiple serious safety issues. Several of the tires had severe sidewall cracking (dry rot), visible punctures and gouges in the sidewall, and the DOT date showed they were from 2013, making them over 10 years old. Tires this old and damaged are unsafe and should never be sold or installed, regardless of tread depth. Sidewall damage is not repairable and puts the driver at risk of a sudden blowout. These issues were obvious on inspection and should have been caught by any responsible tire shop. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. This felt careless at best and dishonest at worst. I would strongly warn others to inspect everything closely or consider going elsewhere if you value your safety.

Used to be a loyal customer. This place used to be my tire shop until the owner got a new employee who broke my TPMS and had my tire backwards, then when I spoke to the owner about the issue he said his nap time was more important then hearing my sob story of why I came back after leaving his shop after 20 minutes and told me to go else where so he could continue his nap. I will not be a returning customer.

Salvador owns a great shop and provided amazing service on my 2022 GLE63s. Great team and it saved me soooo much money then working with the dealership. Really appreciate Salvador! I will definitely go back when I need the help again.

These are what their tire machine did... =/ I couldn't prove that they did it. But before I went in I know my wheels werent scratched that way. I measure with a tape measure the steel bar the tire machine pops out the tires, and its the same length as the edge of the wheel to the scratch... they did offer some money for compensation but I refused... truly disappointed after being recommended to them..
